Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Processing time: 1-2 business days

Shipping time: 2-4 business days (estimated) via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Mail; expedited shipping, via USPS Priority Express (1-2 business days) is also available at checkout and is the only shipping method with a guaranteed delivery date. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email. 

Once an order leaves our possession it is no longer our responsibility. Any issues with delivery or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer, but we will always try our best to assist however we can, within our means. We cannot contact your local post office to inquire about packages.

Tracking is not updated at a regular rate and may be delayed for up to 5 days from the time an order is accepted by USPS. Please be patient and know that we are shipping orders as quickly as we can, within our stated processing time of 1-2 business days. Any changes to this will be posted and customers affected by changes to processing times will be notified accordingly. 

If your order contains any pre-order items, your entire order will not ship until the day the pre-order items.

All pre-orders will ship within 10-12 business days

 

Internationally Shipping 

International packages typically arrive within 7-60 business days of shipment. In some cases, international delivery may take up to 80 days. Rate may vary from each country. 

Once your package has left the USA, we are not responsible for any extra fees that may apply. Please research your country if they charge extra customs fees or any other fees. Thank you! 

If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping status, tracking information, or general whereabouts of your package please email with your order number. 

Term & Conditions 

Please double check your shipping address is correct before completing your order. One Stop Cups will not be held liable and will not resend/refund an order due to a customer entering the incorrect address.

Route Protection insurance is auto added to every order. You can manually remove it from you order if you choose, but you would be opting out from package protection should your order be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
